Henrik Fisker has once again tweeted a teasing picture of the spiritual successor to the ill-fated Karma.
According to the ex-BMW and Aston Martin designer, the picture of the still unnamed concept is a front head-on shot that's said to preview the Tesla Model S-rival’s "aerodynamic low front”.
The car-maker’s owner also points out his new vehicle’s “small trapezoid centre radar & camera" and adaptive LED headlamps.
Over the weekend it was also revealed the follow-up to the Karma would come with front and rear-hinged dihedral doors after the Danish designer posted a pic of the Tesla Model S with the front and rear doors open.
Claimed to be on sale by the second half of 2017, the new pure-electric car is said to have a range of more than 650km and feature, what Fisker is calling, pioneering new battery technology that’s been developed in-house, rather than bought in.
The advantage of the new batteries is that they’re claimed to last the entire lifetime of the car — far longer than any of its rivals while offering a far greater range than any current production EV.
Fisker also says the cells use far less lithium than conventional lithium ion cells.
Once the car-brand launches its Model S rival, Fisker has already confirmed a cheaper, mass-market vehicle will follow. That car is thought to be a direct rival for the Tesla Model 3.
