Ford Everest Wildtrak returning in 2025

The limited-edition Ford Everest Wildtrak will be returning to local showrooms for a second outing, with just 950 examples headed Down Under this time around, all starting from $76,950 plus on-road costs.

That’s $2546 dearer than before with no extra reward for the additional outlay.

Regardless, the 2025 Ford Everest Wildtrak follows the exact same recipe as its 2023 predecessor in being V6-only and coming with various cosmetic enhancements inside and out.

Heading the list of upgrades are a set of unique 20-inch alloy wheels, a darkened grille, dark grey wing mirrors, a silver skid plate, ‘WILDTRAK’ embossed front seats, corresponding lettering on the tailgate and the optional availability of Luxe Yellow paint.

Headline appointments meantime include black leather upholstery, tyre pressure monitoring, a panoramic roof, 360-degree camera, zone lighting, 400W inverter, ambient lighting, power-adjustable front seats with memory function for the driver and orange stitching.

No changes have been made to the 184kW/600Nm 3.0-litre turbo-diesel V6 engine, the 10-speed automatic transmission it’s paired to or the full-time 4x4 system they operate through.

“Following last year’s sales, and the sell-out success of Everest Wildtrak in 2023, it made perfect sense to bring the badge back to Australia,” Everest product and retail marketing manager George Thomas said.

“For the past 16 years, Wildtrak has been synonymous with the Ranger brand, and once again we are offering customers in Australia the opportunity to enjoy the same legendary reputation as the ute, but in a practical and luxurious SUV body style.”

Production of the Everest Wildtrak has already started ahead of the first examples being delivered later this quarter.
