Foton is not only throwing in a $1000 factory bonus with every new Foton Tunland Ute sold in February as part of its end-of-model-year run-out sale, you'll also get a free tow bar worth more than $800.
"A tow bar is an essential bit of kit on a ute, whether it's a hard working business vehicle, a lifestyle vehicle or, these days, a Ute that works during the week and plays at the weekend," says Alex Stewart, General Manager of Foton Australia.
"That's why for February we've added a tow bar to our run-out sale with a $1000 bonus."
The Foton Tunland standard Ute range starts from $22,490 drive-away for the Single Cab and from $27,990 drive-away for the Dual Cab. The Foton Tunland is powered by a Cummins 2.8 litre four-cylinder turbo-diesel engine that achieves a combined fuel consumption of 8.0L/100km for the single cab 4x2 ute with alloy tray.
Tunland is equipped with driver and front passenger airbags and height adjustable, force limiting front seat belts with pre-tensioners as standard. Braking is through the Bosch four-channel Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) and Electronic Brake force Distribution (EBD).
Stewart also says that Tunland's wide track stance, double wishbone and coil spring independent front suspension and hydraulically power-assisted rack and pinion steering deliver responsive and predictable handling even with a full payload.
Standard equipment includes remote central locking, power windows, air conditioning and leather trimmed tilt adjustable steering wheels with remote controls for the audio system which is fitted with Bluetooth, audio streaming and MP3 capability.
The Foton Tunland comes with a three-year/100,000 km warranty and roadside assistance.
