Toyota has introduced an up-spec Yaris sedan to the range, expanding the number of model variants to 16. The YRX sits above the YRS model and is the fourth sedan in the Yaris line-up.
The Yaris YRX sedan features 15 x 5.5-inch alloy wheels, front foglamps, six-CD in-dash multi-changer, rear spoiler and aero kit consisting of front spoiler, side skirts and rear skirt.
Standard equipment in Yaris YRX sedan also includes power windows, tilt and telescopic adjustable steering column and three-spoke steering wheel, analogue instruments with LCD display, digital clock, illuminated entry system, driver's glove box, body-coloured powered exterior mirrors and door handles, and three rear-seat lap-sash seatbelts.
Toyota's Enhanced Safety Pack, consisting of front-seat side airbags and side curtain airbags is offered as an option.
No details on pricing yet but expect it to start around $20k for Yaris YRX with manual.
