HiLux upgrade

Toyota's all-conquering pick-up represents even better value now, following a specification upgrade for Workmate and SR variants

Just to maintain an iron-clad grip on sales supremacy in the pick-up/cab chassis market segments, Toyota has added value to the HiLux line-up.

Buyers specifying the anti-lock braking system option for the base grade HiLux Workmate will now revel in the luxury of electric windows, central locking, fabric trim for the inner door panels and 15-inch wheels in lieu of the standard 14-inch wheels.

All variants in the SR level of trim are now fitted with electrically adjustable mirrors and cruise control becomes a standard feature for those HiLux SR models ordered with automatic transmission.

Pricing ranges from $17,990 for the Workmate cab chassis 2.7 to $52,271 for the SR5 4x4 crew cab with turbodiesel engine and automatic transmission.
