Holden goes European

GM's German arm Opel to supply more than one third of Holden cars as part of new import plan

Holden dealerships may look a little different in the next year or two, with more than a third of Holden product to be sourced from GM's European division, Opel.

The Opel-isation of Holden was announced by GM Europe's President Karl-Thomas Neumann during a media briefing at this week’s 2014 Paris motor show, with Holden Chairman and Managing Director, Gerry Dorizas, watching on.

"I'm very excited about the role our great products will play in resurgence of the Holden brand by being able to provide more than one-third of Holden’s  future product line-up," said Neumann.
