From April Holden will introduce its HoldenWise capped price servicing scheme. Designed to reduce the servicing costs of a range of new passenger models, the scheme is offered to all new Barina, Captiva, Caprice, Cruze and Commodore models. The new generation Colorado will also be eligible for capped price servicing when it’s launched later this year.
Holden says the scheme applies to standard scheduled servicing throughout the three-year/60,000km capped price service period. Vehicles sold on or after April 1, 2012 are eligible for the program.
“We’ve been listening to customer feedback and there’s a growing demand for upfront service pricing. Customers tell us servicing costs are a key factor influencing their purchase decision,” said Holden’s director of customer service and retention, Narelle Stack.
“Today we’re introducing a very competitive capped price servicing scheme, which offers Holden customers impressive value for money and peace of mind, across our key new models. Holden’s capped price servicing scheme is central to a suite of products designed to give our customers an outstanding ownership experience and keep them coming back to Holden,” concluded Stack.
