Look out gamers – a new expansion has arrived for the popular open world racing game, Forza Horizon 3, and it is hot.
In its latest release, the crew at PlayGround Games has teamed up with Hot Wheels to offer some nostalgia-inducing giant-sized Hot Wheels tracks across six new themed islands off the Australian mainland.
Forza Horizon 3 on Windows PC and Xbox One is one hoot of a game taking the driver from the rainforests of northern Queensland to the desert outback and the spectacular coast of The Great Ocean Road.

Launched in September 2016, the game is regularly updated with new content to keep eager fans happy and engaged – and the latest update is set to impress.
Relive your childhood
Swerve through classic Hot Wheel configurations such as orange loops and corkscrews of plastic as you race between connected urban environments in iconic Hot Wheels vehicles such as the Boneshaker, Twin Mill and Rip Rod.
Explore the plastic track – positioned high in the sky – from ground level, and at night, as you compete in multiplayer online racing or head into the brand new Playground Arena for the ultimate challenge.

The new Stunt Swap feature allows players to modify stunt track sections and challenge friends to try them out.
The creators have promised a range of exciting treats, including “boost pads, high-bank turns, half-pipes, insane jumps, and even giant mechanical dinosaurs.”
Additional improvements for Windows 10 users will also be released with the expansion, including improved CPU performance, additional graphical options, improved support and more.

The Forza Horizon 3 Hot Wheels Expansion is available on May 9th for Xbox One and Windows 10 PCs as a standalone purchase for $19.99 or a free download for holders of an Expansion Pass.
