Hot Wheels Virtual Legends Tour to crown Aussie winner tonight

The highly anticipated Australian Hot Wheels Virtual Legends Tour is finally here and Aussies are encouraged to tune in to the Hot Wheels Facebook page and see the LIVE judging from a panel of top auto experts and Hot Wheels designers. All tasked in selecting which entry will battle it out on the world stage to be the next car to be given the Hot Wheels treatment.

Host Jarod DeAnda will be joined by Aussie Rally driver Molly Taylor, model and car lover Jessica Hart and motor racing commentator and friend of carsales Greg Rust. Hot Wheels Designer Dwyane Vance also joins the judging panel as well as Street Machine’s Scott Taylor and Australian stunt performer, racing driver and all-round Hot Wheels legend, Matt Mingay.

carsales has been given a sneak peek at three of the finalists vying for their chance to be immortalised as a Hot Wheels car creation.

The winner will be automatically entered into the global semi-final live stream events. The tour will conclude at a grand finale event in November where the global winner will be inducted into the Hot Wheels Garage of Legends and honoured as the next Hot Wheels die-cast toy sold around the world.

Since it launched in 2018 to celebrate Hot Wheels’ 50th Anniversary, the Hot Wheels Legends Tour has grown from an American-based series to one of the largest travelling car shows in the world. The virtual and live events now span 14 countries and 5 continents.
