Hottest Pie Hundred pie-related playlist released in time for your summer road trip
Is there anything more Aussie than a summer road trip, a themed music playlist and pies?Are you sick of debating with friends, family and distant acquaintances about which pie-related songs are the best? Never fear, the definitive list is here.
Tasmanian Pie maker, National Pies has released its Hottest Pie Hundred playlist on Spotify, featuring 100 of the world’s best pie-related tracks. If you’re looking for a unique selection of songs to play on a road trip this summer that all have a weird connection, then this Spotify playlist is for you.
Pie-related songs include classics like Don McLean’s American Pie, Warrant’s Cherry Pie and the Collingwood Football Club song. Some unique takes on the pie theme include Britney Spears song Piece of Me, Ashlee Simpson’s Pieces of Me and Meduza’s Piece of Your Heart.
As well as the fun tracks, National Pies is giving away the ultimate Hottest Pie Hundred prize pack which includes 100 National Pies and 100 canned ‘coldies’ from some of Tassie’s finest breweries.
To enter, go to the National Pies Instagram page, follow, tag three friends and comment with your favourite pie-related song. The giveaway closes 9am Friday 27 January 2023.
The hottest pie song will also be announced at 5pm on National Pies’ Instagram, along with the lucky winner. Check out the delicious playlist below.
