With this new feature, you’ll know exactly who’s calling and why. Before you even pick up, you’ll see the buyer or seller’s name and vehicle details, so you can make an informed decision before hitting ‘answer’.

For buyers, you’ll first need to make an ‘Enquiry’ on a vehicle through the carsales app before you can call the seller

For sellers, when a buyer calls, you’ll see their name and the car they’re interested in, so you can avoid the awkward “uh, who was this again?”

You’ll get a call notification/screen (just like any other) when the buyer or seller calls and you’ll know who’s on the line and why. No more guessing games!

All you need is stable internet connection, the carsales app and you’re good to go!
