Juke R drip feed continues

Using social media and YouTube, Nissan keeps Super Juke fans abreast of its latest develpments

Following last week's video on its progress with the Juke R, Nissan has today released the latest instalment of its YouTube series.

The kooky Juke is set to receive GT-R running gear, this week’s video highlighting the work that will go into modifying the structure and all-wheel drive system to suit the small SUV’s smaller platform.

Thanks to the transplated 3.8-litre twin-turbo V6, the super Juke should be able to accelerate from 0-100kmh in around four seconds. Its top speed is estimated by project insiders to be “around 270km/h”.

Beneath those pumped guards, Juke R will sport 20-inch rims over cross-drilled stoppers. A unique aero package and reduced ride height finishing the car’s lowered, fat-as-butter stance.
