Lamborghini has released new pics and information of three new styling packs for its Huracan supercar.
All are said to be inspired by the Huracan LP620-2 Super Trofeo racer that was created for a one-make Lamborghini race series.
Available on both the all-wheel and, recently launched, rear-wheel drive models the three new dealer-fit options consist of an Aerodynamic Pack, Aesthetic Pack and a Centre-Lock 20-inch alloy wheel.
Disappointingly, despite claimed to be inspired by a race car, the new aero kit (that includes an aggressive front splitter, side skirts, double rear diffuser and a huge rear wing) is not claimed to increase downforce or reduce drag.
Instead, Lamborghini says the add-ons, that are made of a matte-finished composite material, have been created with the sole aim of "highlighting" the Huracan's "sporty character".
That said, reassuringly, the new aero has been tested in a wind tunnel by engineers to ensure its combined wind-bending doesn't have a detrimental effect on stability or handling.
For the style conscious or Lamborghini Super Trofeo fan the Aesthetic Pack, meanwhile, adds double pre-cut vinyl stripes to your Huracan. The stripes, that also include wraps for the door mirrors are available in matte black, gloss black or red.
Continuing the theme of all-show-no-extra-go are the new 20-inch centre lock rims that are now available. They might do away with traditional wheel bolts for a cool centre-locking nut but are not claimed to be any lighter than the standard rims.
Lamborghini hasn't released prices for the new Huracan options but according to one car blog the new aero alone costs an estimated $30,000 on top of the $378,900 (plus ORCs) charged for the base LP580-2 model.
The Italian car-maker says all three new dealer-fit options will be available globally and backed by a Huracan's standard warranty.
