Lamborghini super-truck looks sharp

Welcome to the wild world of high-end exotic semi-trailer trucks.

Just when you thought a Ford Rapstang was a bad idea, seven very aerodynamic prime-mover trucks have upped the ante.

These bizarre yet compelling fantasy creations are not exactly lightweight like their exotic car counterparts, especially when they could be lugging 36-tonne trailers, but they would certainly attract plenty of attention if they ever went into production.

Imagine seeing one of these bombing along the overtaking lane in peak-hour traffic??

You can only imagine what resides in their custom-made trailers... the only problem is the pitiful ground clearance would make them about as useful as a hiccups in an archery competition.

And for the record, not all big-rig trucks are boxy, square machines these days. The Tesla Semi and Nikola One electric trucks showing off futuristic designs.

We’ve arranged the seven vehicles with our favourites listed first. Who can go past a yellow Lambo? The Aston Martin truck looks super smooth as well, with a bit of V8 Vantage about it, but our least favourite is the Koenigsegg, the cabin of which looks a bit munted (although the scissor doors are cool).

The worst trailer design goes to the McLaren, with its ultra-curved look and the company responsible for Lykan HyperSport, W Motors, also has a weird trailer.
