Lewis Hamilton's watch up for grabs

While we can't all drive as well as a Formula One champ, for a very limited time we can accessorise like one.

Bridgestone Australia is offering the chance to own an official Limited Edition Lewis Hamilton Tag Heuer watch through an online auction with all proceeds supporting the Leukaemia Foundation.

"Bridgestone has a long and proud association with Formula One, so we're delighted to be able to offer a fine piece of precision engineering with real grand prix heritage, that has also been signed by a championship winner," said Shawn Hara, Bridgestone Australia Ltd. Group Chairman & Managing Director.

"We have also been supporters of the Leukaemia Foundation in Australia for more than 20 years and as part of our continued support, we would like to donate all the proceeds from this auction to support the Foundation's patient transport vehicles, research and care facilities.

The Tag Heuer Calibre S comes in its own box which is signed by the 2008 Formula One driver's champion. The timepiece boasts the definitive attributes of a competitive sporting timepiece including water resistance to 300 metres, 1/100th of a second precision, scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, fixed aluminium bezel, luminescent hands and markers, hand-applied indexes and semi-circular counters and a triple-row steel bracelet with a double safety clasp.

The auction is now open, but time's ticking, bids close at 5.30pm (AEDST) on Tuesday, October 26.
