As the Tokyo motor show approaches, more and more news is emerging from Japan about a number of upcoming models.
Toyota is expected to have a show-stopping exhibit with rumours that a new close-to-production concept of the 2011 Supra sports car will make a surprise appearance, but one car we know will be there is a new go-fast Lexus.
It's not branded with the 'F' performance moniker and so is unlikely to benefit from engine tweaks, but the new 'SZ' badged LS 460 large sedan features a sporty new look and an upgraded chassis.
An image of the new Lexus LS 460 SZ model was leaked by Japanese magazine Best Car, which claims the new model will be equipped with more powerful Brembo brakes, BBS alloy wheels fitted with wider tyres and a discreet new aero bodykit.
The photo shows a slightly new grille and front fascia but as yet it's not clear whether the new model will be offered outside of Japan.
