Limited edition to spark Liberty 2.0R interest
Just a week after announcing the arrival of a new 2.0-litre Liberty, Subaru has launched a limited edition variantBarely a week after announcing the arrival of a new 2.0-litre DOHC performance Liberty variant, Subaru has unveiled a limited edition version.
Available in a unique Spark Yellow colours scheme (or not so in your face, white), the Liberty 2.0R Limited Edition features added equipment valued at $4700.
Only 200 of the AWD Liberty 2.0R Limited Editions will be available, with a recommended retail price of $33,990 for the manual transmission sedan. The auto version will set you back $2000 more.
The 121kW (at 6800rpm!) LEs feature leather and alcantara seats, tinted glass, 17-inch alloy wheels and a rear boot spoiler.
Nick Senior, Managing Director, Subaru Australia, said: “We’re delighted to be offering a special edition 2.0-litre Liberty at a very competitive price, given the list of extra specification, which is valued at more than $4700.
“It is one of a series of special editions that we are introducing in the first quarter of 2006, including Impreza, Forester and Outback variants.”
