Lister Motor Company has launched its Jaguar F-PACE SVR-based Stealth and confirmed it is capable of exceeding 314km/h, making it faster than rivals like the Lamborghini Urus (305km/h) and Bentley Bentayga W12 (306km/h).
Powered by an up-rated version of the same supercharged 5.0-litre V8 as the F-PACE SVR, the Lister Stealth pumps out a herculean 497kW and a thumping torque peak of 881Nm – that's 93kW and 201Nm more than the standard Jag.
This, claims the British tuner, allows the Stealth to scorch to 100km/h in just 3.6 seconds – matching the Lamborghini Urus and bettering the Jeep Cherokee Trackhawk (3.7sec).
To liberate the extra might, Lister has added new supercharger pulleys and a custom-built intercooler, redesigned the induction system and remapped the F-PACE's ECU.
To keep it stable at its high speed and aid cooling, engineers have redesigned the SVR's body, adding a new front bumper and rear diffuser. Both are made of carbon-fibre and bring weight-savings while adding downforce.
Reining in all its performance are bigger, more powerful front and rear brakes while grip is boosted by a set of huge 23-inch rims and tyres.
Finally, for a fitting thunderous soundtrack, there's a full stainless-steel exhaust system with carbon-fibre outlets.
As well as gaining extra performance, buyers of the Lister Stealth can also personalise their car with the choice of 36 colours of Nappa leather that can be combined with 90 stitching options for the seatbelts, seats, dash, steering wheel and roof lining.
Just 100 Lister Stealths will be built and each will cost £110,000 ($A200,000), but there's no word on whether there are any plans to export the Stealth to Australia, or if the power upgrades will be offered as part of a kit in the future.
