McLaren and luxe sneaker brand APL release new drop for 2023
A new drop of the APL McLaren HySpeed for 2023 sees three new striking colourways for the McLaren collab.British supercar brand McLaren has continued their collaboration efforts with US luxury sneaker brand Athletic Propulsion Labs for a new release of the APL McLaren HySpeed sneakers. In true, new year new me style, the latest drop sees three brand new colours to the range which follows on from the initial release in August 2022.
The collection with Athletic Propulsion Labs marked McLaren’s first footwear collaboration and saw a range of five bespoke colourways, directly influenced by their supercars launched. McLaren is no stranger to collaborations and luxury items either, with sunglasses, luggage and bags, watches and even LEGO available to purchase.
For the second drop of the APL McLaren HySpeed sneakers, the three new colourways released include:
Magenta/Pristine - Vibrant magenta represents the dynamic performance and driving characteristics mixed seamlessly with yellow hues as an ode to the luxurious lifestyle of APL and McLaren.
Pristine/Tan/Midnight — A lifestyle-inspired colourway taking inspiration from McLaren interiors and the French Riviera.
Black/White — A updated, fresh new take on APL’s historical best-selling design.
The 2023 APL McLaren HySpeed is on sale now for $450 USD ($652 AUD) and is available to purchase from AthleticPropulsionLabs.com and at APL’s Flagship Store in Los Angeles.
