Mercedes-Maybach has released pictures of its updated flagship Pullman limousine.
Drawing styling cues from the dramatic Vision Mercedes-Maybach 6 concept that was unveiled back in 2016 at the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance, the imposing 6.5-metre-long sedan comes with a restyled grille, fresh 20-inch alloy wheels and yet more exterior colour and finishes to choose from.
Like the short-wheelbase Mercedes-Maybach it's based on, the recent updates introduce an attention-grabbing two-tone exterior paint option.
As well as a longer list of exterior colours to choose from, inside there's also some interesting tech updates for the head of state or captain of industry to plump for.
These include a new feature that allows lounging passengers to monitor traffic in front, courtesy of a live feed from the front-view camera.
Impossibly rich owners will also benefit from a new sound system that allows those in the front to listen to different music to those in the rear.
Still capable of carrying six, Mercedes-Maybach says the Pullman -- which adopts a new 'S 650' badge (replacing S 600) -- offers the longest legroom in its luxurious segment.
Under the bonnet the Pullman comes with just one engine option -- a more powerful 463kW/1000Nm version of Benz's 6.0-litre twin-turbo V12 that manages to shrug off the Pullman's 3000kg-plus kerb weight and sprint to 100km/h in just 6.5 seconds.
In Europe, the special-order S650 Pullman is priced from around €500,000 ($A790,000).
