Our spy photographers at Carparazzi have these week snapped some 'over the wall' images of the all-new Mercedes-Benz C-Class coupe undergoing testing at Germany's infamous Nurburging.
Unlike its larger E-Class coupe counterpart, the smaller C-Class coupe won't receive individual styling, retaining the sedan's front end, taillights and rear bumper. The mid-section, including roofline, glass and doors will, obviously, be unique to the two-door variant.
The disguised rear side window is likely to feature a design element typical to that seen on Merc's number one competitor, the so-called "Hofmeister-Knick"” that crowns all BMWs.
Beneath the bonnet we can expect an engine range that mimicks that seen in the current C-Class sedan and estate range, including a number of environmentally-focused BlueEfficiency models.
Although the C-Class coupe is expected to share dimensions similar to those of its sedan sibling, the two-door will most likely offer a 2+2 seating arrangement, omitting the rear centre seating position.
