
Is it a driving game? Is it a platform game? Both, I think. MotoHeroz combines the thrills of a racing game and the realistic physics (albeit in two dimensions) of driving cars into a charming side scrolling auto romp.
Frantic rally racing is the order of the day as players race, chase and rally their way through an impressively detailed world, competing against their friends for the fastest times. Players can also enter daily races and hunt for secrets and coins.
This is an addictive time waster that's in the realm of Mario or Sonic The Hedgehog, but with cars. Once you start racing, you'll probably cancel a few appointments to keep doing it.
Controlling your micro car is as easy as accelerating or braking and with a simple shake of your iOS device you can right a flipped vehicle.
MotoHeroz comes with six unique, visually distinct worlds, split across 30 levels. There are six distinct cars, one for each world, also 54 different Game Center Achievements to collect, five special Power-Up items and nine upgrade levels for each vehicle. Players are also challenged to find 30 treasure chests hidden across the world, earning in-game currency for each chest found.
It's not rocket science, but it looks great and is good old fashioned fun.
