Holden's facelifted 2017 Colorado ute appears to have been exposed in two spy shots, confirming it will wear a fresh new frontal design.
This cropped covert image of a Chevrolet-badged Colorado was first published by Brazilian Instagram user bfmsoficial, showing the same front-end styling as a Holden-badged version of the one-tonner in an image posted last week by Thai enthusiast website MZ Crazy Cars.
Both fuzzy photos show a significantly revised design from the A-pillars forward, including new headlights, bonnet, front wings, grille and bumper.

Holden is not yet talking about the facelifted Colorado, but given the Australian-market one-tonner is identical to the one currently sold as a Chevy in Thailand, it's likely this is what the upgraded model will look like in local showrooms.
MZ Crazy Cars has also posted an image of the new front-end on the Colorado 7 SUV, which is sold in other markets as the Trailblazer – a name that could also be adopted here to better differentiate the off-road SUV from its ute sibling.
Spy shots of the upgraded Colorado 7 indicated in January that changes for the upgraded SUV will run more than skin deep, just as North America's new Chevy Colorado pick-up is believed to preview many of the technical changes for Holden's 2017 Colorado.
Currently, both Colorado models are powered by a 2.8-litre turbo-diesel delivering a class-leading 500Nm of torque in auto form – enough for the Colorado 7 to tow three tonnes and the Colorado to haul 3500kg.
The website says the new-look Colorado – which we expect on sale here around October -- will make its global debut in 'concept' form on March 23 at the Bangkok motor in Thailand, where Australia's Colorado and Colorado 7 are both produced.
