New Top Gear host to auction car collection for $22m

BBC presenter to sell off 13 cars from sizeable collection, includes six rare Ferraris

Top Gear’s new presenter, Chris Evans, will auction off 13 cars from his collection for an estimated $22m.

The sale, which goes ahead on September 12, will see the British broadcaster part with a rare, right-hand drive 1966 Ferrari 275 GTB/6C Alloy, estimated to sell for $5-5.7 million, the 1971 Ferrari 365 GTS/4 'Daytona' Spider ($4.6-5.1m) and the 1964 Ferrari 250 GT/L 'Lusso' ($2.8-3.6m).
