Nissan has joined the flurry of 4x4 importers fitting reversing cameras and announced a new Patrol Ti 3.0-litre turbodiesel.
Featuring an all-new satellite navigation system as well as the reversing camera, the new range-topping seven-seat model will head up the current range of Patrol diesel vehicles, complementing the entry-level DX, mid-spec ST, ST-S and ST-L models.
Available with both manual and automatic transmissions, the turbodiesel Patrol Ti delivers 118kW @ 3600 rpm of power with 380Nm @ 2000 rpm of torque.
Besides the sat-nav and camera, the standard features list includes climate control, rear air-con, leather trim, driver's seat height and lumber adjustment, power windows and mirrors, central locking, in-dash six-stack CD, steering wheel audio controls, power tilt/slide sunroof and 17" alloy wheels.
The Ti turbo diesel matches the specification of the Patrol Ti 4.8-litre petrol and includes ABS brakes, driver and front passenger SRS airbags and side impact SRS airbags.
The manual Patrol Ti turbo diesel retails for $65,990; automatic transmission adds $3000.
