Nissan creates a Ramen delivery server using its new e-4ORCE tech

Nissan has released a fun video showcasing its Nissan e-4ORCE Ramen Counter project which demonstrates how the company’s latest vehicle control tech can be applied to make a comfortable and stable ride in an SUV like the new Nissan Ariya EV or a bowl of noodles.

Operating on a ramen countertop, the e-4ORCE Ramen Counter server utilises the advanced technology to deliver ramen directly to the customer, without spilling a drop. Because there is nothing worse than spilling hot, delicious Ramen all over the table or yourself.

The video shows off how the motorized server tray with e-4ORCE tech applied to it can swiftly deliver ramen while maintaining the integrity of noodle presentation by suppressing sloshing and movement, from chef to patron. Much like the contents of a bowl of Ramen, the contents of a car is much the same especially with the stronger motion forces and torque electric vehicles can produce.

The e-4ORCE ramen server tray uses two electric motors operating independently, with special tuning from engineers, to deliver the same swift acceleration and smooth travel on the countertop as found on the upcoming Ariya EV which features the e-4ORCE technology.

Born from the famed Japanese company's rich history of developing much loved all-terrain vehicles and sports cars, e-4ORCE is the spiritual offspring of the Nissan GT-R's ATTESA E-TS torque split system and the Nissan Patrol's intelligent 4X4 system.
