You can run, but you'll only die tired...
That's the message this new US ‘police’ car sends, with its quasi-futuristic-but-sorta-Mad-Max aesthetic, based on the Nissan GT-R.
We were hoping this angry power-tripping police pursuit vehicle would be powered by the NISMO-tuned GT-R banging out 441kW and 652Nm, but Copzilla pumps out 'only' 404kW and 628Nm.

Festooned with LED police lights and sirens, and fitted with hectic 22-inch alloy wheels – with spikes for extra menace – the car makes up for its lack of NISMO-ness with an incredibly sinister appearance.
There's a ram bar up front to smash perpetrators off the road, while at the rear the car features one of the wildest aero wings you'll ever see. The high-mount GT-style wing is connected to the roof by a horizontal spine and propped up by slim line struts in an "X" configuration.

Chuck in a wide body kit, gold highlights, adjustable coil-over suspension and mega road presence and you're looking at one of the most hostile-looking police cars ever made.
It'll be shown at the New York motor show alongside the regular Nissan GT-R and Nissan 370Z Heritage Edition.
By the way, it’s not actually going into service... So, you might like to withdraw your applications to serve and protect.
