Nissan Australia has announced the expansion of the 2021 Nissan JUKE range, with the addition of a new ST-L+ grade and more personalisation options for its flagship Ti model.
Pricing holds firm for all carryover models in the now five-variant light SUV range, starting at $27,990 plus on-road costs for the JUKE ST and topping out at $36,490 plus ORCs for the JUKE Ti (see pricing table below).
Sitting just below the Ti, the new 2021 Nissan JUKE ST-L+ is priced from $35,140 plus ORCs and adds a variety of high-end equipment such as an eight-speaker BOSE Personal Plus sound system that includes speakers built into the front head restraints.
It also carries part black/white cloth and leather-appointed trim, a black chrome finisher on the front head restraints, centre console and door trims, and white leather-accented trim on the dash, kneepad, door trims and front armrests.
The new JUKE ST-L+ trim grade is based on the mid-spec ST-L, meaning other standard features include 19-inch alloy wheels, ambient interior lighting, an 8.0-inch central touch-screen with Apple CarPlay/Android Auto and a 7.0-inch digital instrument cluster.
Nissan has also turned its attention to the range-topping JUKE Ti, now offering leather-accented trim finished in Energy Orange/Black at no extra cost in lieu of the standard Alcantara trim.
The Nissan JUKE – which was a 2020 carsales Car of the Year contender – continues with an 84kW/180Nm 1.0-litre three-cylinder turbo-petrol engine mated to a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.
Standard features on the entry-level JUKE ST includes 17-inch alloy wheels, autonomous emergency braking (AEB), rear cross traffic alert, blind spot monitoring, lane departure warning, rear parking sensors, LED headlights with auto high beam, cloth seats and an 8.0-inch touch-screen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
The ST+ adds LED foglights, heated front seats, front parking sensors, digital radio and navigation.
In the ST-L there’s adaptive cruise control, a 360-degree camera, six-speaker sound system, electric park brake, rear USB port, keyless entry with push-button start, rain-sensing wipers, auto-dimming mirrors and a leather-appointed steering wheel and shift lever.
The top-spec JUKE Ti brings 19-inch Akari alloy wheels, follow-me-home headlights, tinted windows, a shark fin antenna, tyre pressure monitoring, black chrome finishers for the dash, kneepad, door trim and front armrest and, unless the new Energy Orange option is specified, quilted Alcantara seats.
