Nissan has announced minor running changes affecting Thai-built RX and ST-X King Cab Navaras in a dealer bulletin issued earlier in the year.
According to the bulletin some 2013 Navaras are now sporting illuminated power window switches, steering wheel Bluetooth controls and chrome rings around the HVAC dials. The importer is referring to the new model year Navara upgrade as Series 8. Additionally, ST-X king cab models now make do without the once-standard six-disc CD player, scoring a single-disc system instead. Also previously standard, the USB port has been deleted for all models.
Spanish-built Navaras (ST, ST-X and ST-X dual-cab), however, retain original-spec equipment, but are now available in a new colour, Polar White, replacing Arctic White offered previously. Tuscan has been deleted from the colour palette altogether.
