Skoda has released pictures of a one-off concept based on the Skoda Karoq that has been created for cycling-mad owners.
The Skoda Karoq Velo concept's design was said to be the result of a survey of more than 1500 cyclists wants and needs for the perfect support vehicle.
The result is a small SUV jam-packed full of innovative tech that includes a built-in washing machine, pressure washer and fridge.
The bike-friendly Karoq Velo also comes with not one but two types of cycle storage solutions, a conventional roof-mounted rack and a clever boot-mounted system for space for an additional bike.
Despite the in-car bike carrier, the Skoda says the Karoq Velo can still comfortably carry four adults.
Addressing the need for emergency bike repairs in low light, the Karoq Velo carries a full bike tool kit and gets LED lights.
If that's not enough, there's built-in WiFi and a magnetic landing pad for a drone, complete with a Follow Me drone to record your ride for prosperity.
Skoda says it's ruled out putting a production version of the Karoq Velo but will lend the special one-off concept to cyclists throughout the European summer to help support them in races and competitions.
It's thought the real-world feedback from both amateur and professional cyclists could one day help develop official factory and dealer-fit accessories.
It's not the first time Skoda has released a one-off concept based on the Karoq. Last year, the car-maker's apprentices took a gas axe to the small SUV to create the Sunroq, a wacky small four-door rival to the Range Rover Evoque convertible.
