Porsche owners revving up for Rennsport
Numbers growing rapidly for marque event at Sydney Motorsport ParkOver 130 owners have submitted applications to take part in the inaugural Porsche Rennsport Australia Motor Racing Festival.
The festival, which remains four months away, will bring together Porsche enthusiasts from across the country to watch or participate in a round of the Porsche Carrera Cup Australia and Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge Australia, as well as other events, such as concours, show 'n' shine, driver training, sports car races and historic races.
The organisers claim that the festival – to be held on the weekend of May 25-26 – is shaping up to be the "largest ever gathering of Porsche sports cars" held in the country. A website has been created to promote the site and provide further information, including contact details and an entry submission facility.
