Pre-production VE wagon spotted

The shot is a bit blurry, but the tail lights and that 'D' pillar are a dead-set give-away. This is Holden's VE wagon, registered for the road and parked outside McDonalds in Melton, an outer suburb west of Melbourne.

According to our reader, Shaun Polidano, the car looked to be trimmed as for a Berlina, based on the wheels and the nose. The car isn't wearing 'bra and panties', so Holden appears to be trusting that it will be less conspicuous without a disguise.
