A limited-edition version of the Suzuki Swift Sport — dubbed the Red Devil and restricted to just 100 units – is now available to order in Australia.
Set to arrive in July, the Suzuki Swift Sport Red Devil is priced at $29,156 drive-away (plus $2000 for automatic versions), which represents a devilish $666 price premium over the regular Swift Sport with metallic paint.
The Red Devil’s release co-incides with price increases for the Swift Sport from July 1, when the starting price becomes $27,990 drive-away for the manual and $29,990 drive-away for the automatic.
That’s up from the new Suzuki Swift Sport’s January launch price of $25,490 plus on-roads for the manual and $27,490 plus ORCs for the auto.
Apart from Burning Red metallic paint, the Red Devil adds carbon-black decals on the bonnet, front bumper, doors and all four quarter panels.
There are no changes to the new Swift Sport’s 103kW/230Nm 1.4-litre 'BoosterJet' turbo-petrol four-cylinder engine, which impressed our judges in Australia’s Best Driver’s Car 2018.
