Retail incentives for Alfa 147

Local importer offers Alfa Romeo's small car with more flash for less cash

During the month of August, Ateco Automotive is offering the Alfa Romeo 147 with a number of incentives for purchasers.

The five-door model will come as standard with leather trim, a saving of $2500. For an additional $1350, buyers can specify the Selespeed transmission, which normally costs $3000 -- a further saving of $1650.

Metallic paint, has been reduced in price to $95, almost a 90 per cent reduction. Finally, the optional sunroof can be had for $950 -- $1000 less than the usual price.

Ateco estimates that a five-door 147 ordered with these features during August would represent a saving of $6000 off the retail price.
