Runout edition Lexus GS

With a brand new model on the way Lexus has released the value-added GS 300 X

There's a new generation GS on the way, so Lexus is clearing the decks with a limited edition model of the current car, with added features and sharper pricing.

The Lexus GS 300 X is available based on both the Sport and Sports Luxury grades, with the GS 300 X Sport adding a moonroof, 18-inch alloy wheels, keyless entry, reverse parking sensors, rear lip spoiler and exclusive badging. By contrast, the GS 300 X Sports Luxury, which is already fitted with some of the upgrade features, gains the 18-inch alloys, the lip spoiler and the badging.

Lexus claims the new models represent a $10,000 gain in value, based on the extra equipment and the driveaway pricing — $89,900 for the GS 300 X Sport or $94,900 for the GS 300 X Sports Luxury. Dealers are already holding stock of the limited-run models and buyers can choose from a range of 10 exterior colours, including a new option, Starlight Black.
