Ford Performance has unveiled new upgrades for the Ford Ranger ute and Bronco SUV at the SEMA modified car show in Las Vegas, which are designed to maximise their off-road capabilities.
Showcased via two new concepts developed for SEMA 2023, the Ford Ranger Off-Road is based on a regular US-spec 2024 Ford Ranger XLT and Lariat but adds a new ARB overland suspension kit, new front and rear bumpers with extra recovery points and a handy onboard air compressor, extra lights and a fridge/freezer.

The Ford Bronco ORV package, meanwhile, is available with the 2.3-litre turbocharged four-cylinder EcoBoost engine and adds a high-lift kit – raising the SUV by two inches (51mm) – as well as new Bilstein suspension, 17-inch white wheels wrapped in 35-inch all-terrain tyres, new sport cat-back exhaust, an ECU remap, a hydraulic jack and mounting point and an under-bonnet compressor.
As well as the new hardware, the Blue Oval has also introduced Ford Accessory Personalisation packs that, in the case of the Bronco, add retro graphics, tubular doors and open-air ‘Bimini’ roof.
There’s also painted fender flares and a matching grille.

A Bronco concept with auxiliary lights and a roof rack with surfboard mounting points also took centre stage at the SEMA show.
According to Ford, all parts and packages revealed at SEMA will soon be available to order online or purchase direct from US Ford dealers and can be retrofitted to appropriate models.
There’s no word on whether any of the Ranger-related accessories will venture Down Under.
