Storm hits Range Rover

Limited edition package on offer to give slow sales a boost

Range Rover is hoping a new special edition package for the Sport will get sales headed in the right direction again, following a slow start to the year.

Available on both the TDV8 and Supercharged MY09 models the new Stormer Kit gives the car an aggressive new look. Based on the 2004 Stormer Concept Car the kit adds new front and rear bumpers, an extended rear spoiler, body coloured side cladding, rectangular exhausts, and a honeycomb grille to freshen up the luxury SUV. The kit also includes Front Park Distance Control.

"The Stormer Kit enhances the road presence of the Range Rover Sport through its stylish, yet aggressive stance. It ensures a head turning reaction from all who catch a glimpse,” says Roger Jory, Land Rover Australia general manager.

"Whilst being the most visually stunning and athletically styled Range Rover Sport to date, it still retains the breadth of capability inherent in all Land Rovers."

Customers have the choice of three colours for the package; Santorini Black, Alaska White and Stornoway Grey. The Stormer Kit is factory fitted and costs $9900 on either the TDV8 or Supercharged model.
