Suzuki Brazil has released what it describes as “the ultimate 4x4” in the form of the 2022 Suzuki Jimny Sierra 4Sport – a limited-run special-edition loaded with pretty much everything that compact off-roader fans could hope for.
Just 100 examples of the 4Sport are being released in Brazil, each with a starting price of BRL181,990, or $A50,105 before on-road costs.
That comfortably makes it the most expensive Jimny available in Brazil, as it would be here if Suzuki Australia opted to bring it Down Under – something carsales understands isn’t on the cards.

The Jimny Sierra 4Sport is essentially a ready-made accessories special with the extra toys adding both versatility and style points.
Finished in a flat grey hero colour with contrasting black body features and electric blue highlights, the 4Sport rolls on black 15-inch alloy wheels shod with aggressive 215/75-profile Pirelli Scorpion MTR tyres and proudly wears a genuine Jimny roof basket on its painted top.
Alongside the beefier rubber and expanded storage is a bespoke snorkel, black and blue ‘4Sport’ decals, black door cladding and a set of factory rock sliders, while the front fascia’s design is enhanced by a pair of blue tow points (not rated recovery points) and a unique black skid plate.

The tow hooks are mirrored at the rear, while the blue highlights are continued within the cabin, specifically on the embossed seats, air-vent surrounds, stitching, gear selector and glovebox.
Interior niceties include a leather-wrapped steering wheel, synthetic leather seats, a JBL-sourced 7.0-inch infotainment system with smartphone mirroring, the aforementioned blue inlays, a 12-volt outlet, front USB port and electric front windows.
Of course, all of the usual off-road goodies like a low-range transfer case and hill descent control are present, though purists may be disappointed to hear the 4Sport is only available as an automatic.
