Suzuki's stand at the Paris motor show will feature the Swift Sport model and its 'Project Splash' concept car.
The European specification of the Swift Sport is based on the three-door Swift and will be produced at Magyar Suzuki Corporation in Hungary.
Launched in Australia as a five-door with 1.6-litre VVT engine, the Swift Sport will be available from Suzuki dealerships from 30th September and is priced from $23,990.
According to Suzuki, the Project Splash concept car has been built as "the vehicle for everybody; a multipurpose vehicle intended to deliver satisfaction to all customers regardless of lifestyle, age and gender". The tall body is designed for optimal occupant space and the modern interior includes equipment for "maximum user-friendliness".
The "Swift-derived" concept car has seating for five passengers and uses a newly-developed 1.2-litre four-cylinder engine mated to a four-speed automatic.
