Well do we have a coffee machine for you.The Super Velcoce Espresso Veloce RS Black Edition Coffee Machine isn’t just any old capsule type coffee machine, it's a super car inspired engine block that pays tribute to the modern classic that is the Porsche 911 993. It seems perfect for any Porsche fan as well as the style conscious home coffee drinker.
South African company Super Velcoce specialises in unique and handmade coffee machines that are inspired by super car engines and plane jet engines. As coffee definitely fuels us every morning, we can really appreciate the symbolism of coffee coming from an engine. It also beats the look of our home Nespresso machine...
Only 993 units of the RS Black will be made, a nice homage to the model series it takes inspiration from. The coffee machine is handcrafted from aerospace-grade materials such as stainless steel, aluminium alloy, titanium, and carbon fibre and will set you back €10,200 (AUD $16,886). That excludes delivery and taxes, just like a Porsche you know that won’t be cheap either considering this unit weighs 21.5kg.
If the Porsche engine isn’t up your alley and you would prefer something a little more fiery that packs a punch, the company also builds Ferrari inspired engine coffee machines that even come with a Grappa dispenser. Nothing says Italian coffee like a prancing horse engine and Grappa.
