The top Super Bowl car related ads of 2019

Every year, the Super Bowl always delivers on big names, big performances and big money.

To many people the Super Bowl means everything, but to the rest of us who don’t live in the USA and follow the NFL football league it means nothing.

So why are we talking about? Well for a football game that has a viewership of over 103 million people and interest across the world including here in Australia, it commands quite a sizeable slice of dollars to advertise during this particular game. CBS who has the rights to show the game this year is reportedly charging brands $5million USD for a 30-second ad spot.

So if you’re spending this type of money to advertise to the biggest engaged TV audience in the world, you better put on a fantastically memorable show. Things we’ve come to expect are big name celebrity cameos, fun storylines and memorable moments. Here are the top car related ads from the 2019 Super Bowl for your viewing pleasure.

Jeep - Gladiator Truck

An interesting way to show how Jeep reinvent their classic Wrangler based ute, the Gladiator using a compactor. Now that's tough!

M&M's - Bad Passengers

Christina Applegate is in no mood for bad passengers in this M&M's ad. Every parent can relate to this.

Lexus - UX Quarterback Safety System+

Wallmart - Grocery Pickup in Famous Cars

This first ran during the Golden Globes but as it is so good, Wallmart has decided to run it again during the Super Bowl. The famous car cameos are truely out of this world.

More to be added as we hit Super Bowl Sunday (Monday AEDT).
