Three in a row for Brisbane MINI Garage

MINI has announced its Dealer Excellence Award for 2009 and the recipient is the Brisbane's MINI Garage. It's the third consecutive occasion the retailer has snared the award, which recognises a dealer's commitment to outstanding customer service.

"Brisbane MINI Garage has displayed a high standard of performance, professionalism and customer service in 2009 and BMW Group Australia congratulates the dealership on its win," said BMW Australia Managing Director, Stavros Yallouridis, at the announcement in Melbourne last week.

Receiving the award, Brisbane MINI Garage Managing Director Martin Roller expressed pride in the dealership's performance and anticipated improving that performance further.

"Our philosophy at Brisbane MINI Garage is to make every experience memorable for our MINI customers, regardless whether they are buying a pre-loved or a new MINI, requesting a test-drive or booking in their MINI for a scheduled service," Roller said.

"We strive to exceed our MINI owners’ expectations on every occasion, ensuring the quality of their experience at Brisbane MINI Garage is in-line with the exceptional brand that is MINI. We are encouraged by our award acknowledgement, and look forward to growing our business in Brisbane’s city centre."

Roller (pictured right, with MINI National Manager Justin Hocevar), also heads up Brisbane BMW and the recently opened Westside BMW at Darra. Both the BMW dealerships were also awarded for achievement in service and parts distribution.

Brisbane BMW has been named BMW Dealer of the year in 1997, 2004 and 2007. Just last year, it was named Queensland Dealer of the Year by the Carsales Network and it has been honoured on multiple occasions by Personalised Plates Queensland. Westside BMW Bodyshop has been awarded 2009 AAMI/Australasian Paint & Panel Magazine Autobody Repairer of the Year in the Small Shop category.
