Volvo EX30 Cross Country arrives

Pumped up version of Swedish brand’s electric compact SUV now on sale from $70k

The News

The off-road ready 2025 Volvo EX30 Cross Country has touched down in Australia priced from just under $70k and is being offered with a range of rugged accessories to help owners make the most of the great outdoors.

The Key Details

  • Priced from $69,990 plus ORCs
  • Access to rugged accessories including all-terrain tyres
  • Higher ride height
  • Electric driving range of up to 427km

The Finer Details

The 2025 Volvo EX30 Cross Country is now available in Australia, priced from $69,990 before on-road costs.

Powered by the same 315kW/543Nm dual-motor all-wheel-drive powertrain as the range-topping Twin Motor Performance Ultra, the EX30 Cross Country is set to offer up to 427km of driving range from its 69kWh lithium-ion battery.

That’s slightly less than the 445km range offered on the flagship, thanks in part to its higher ride height and the fitment of ‘special, bigger wheels’.

Buyers also have the option of nabbing 18-inch wheels wrapped in all-terrain rubber and a range of off-road accessories will also be offered, including a roof top luggage basket.

Outside, the EX30 Cross Country features a unique front grille – showing the topography of the Kebnekaise mountain range in Arctic Sweden – along with chunkier front and rear skid plates as well as wheel arch extensions.

Wireless phone charging also features, along with a host of driver aids like park assist, blind spot monitoring and Pilot Assist with Steer Support, among others.

Five exterior colour options include Cloud Blue, Crystal White, Onyx Black, Sand Dune and Vapour Grey.
