Audi's svelte A5 coupe out-suaves even the BMW 3 Series Coupe, which is clearly its most obvious competitor. Stemming from the A4 Audi, the A5 delivers on its visual promise with punchy petrol or turbo diesel engines and the choice of two or four-wheel drive, multitronic CVT or Audi's S tronic dual-clutch transmission. The 2.0 TFSI version develops 147kW and 280Nm. The A5 experience is plush. Parking sensors, Xenon headlights with LED daytime running lights and a serious 180-Watt, 10-speaker sub-woofer audio are all standard.
