Ferrari has, with its California convertible, created what could be the most accessible car yet from the Maranello factory. With a coupe-convertible metal folding roof, power adjustment for the steering column and an electronic parking brake, the two-seat Ferrari pampers rather than challenges the driver. But with the ability to unleash 338kW and 485Nm of torque from its mid-front mounted 4.3-litre V8 engine, and delivering it to the back wheels via a seven-speed automated manual transmission, the performance is pure Ferrari.
