LZ RS Limited Edition Hatchback 5dr Man 6sp AWD 2.3T (5yr warranty) Ford's small five-door hatchback/four-door sedan embraces a wide range topping out with the sizzling AWD RS. All offer a stylish body with adequate small-car passenger space and an intuitive dash incorporating sat-nav. It all begins with the Trend version, stepping up to Sport, Titanium and the hatch-only, all-wheel drive RS. The exclusively EcoBoost turbo-charged lineup includes a 132kW/240Nm 1.5-litre, a 184kW/340Nm 2.0-litre (in the performance ST) and tops out with the RS model's 257kW/440Nm 2.3-litre turbo. Transmissions include six-speed manuals for the ST, RS, base Trend and Sport, and a six-speed automatic. The warranty was recently extended to five years, with unlimited kilometres.
