Changes to the VE Series II Calais Sportwagon are minimal, but worthwhile. The interior has been given a more modern luxury feel via a tri-colour treatment, and the new iQ system - noted for its audio capabilities and ease of use - is accentuated by a horizontal strip that separates it from the climate controls. The re-configured petrol (E85 compliant) 3.6-litre V6 now produces 210kW/360Nm and 9.8L/100km through the six-speed 'Sports Auto' and 18-inch alloys.
