Overview
All Santa Fe models have received minor exterior styling updates and "Down-Hill Brake Control" (SLX manual excepted) for 2012. Pricing remains unchanged range wide. In front wheel drive form the SLX, Elite and Highlander Wagons all sport the 204kW/335Nm 3.5-litre petrol V6 mated to a six-speed automatic. It's a change up, as the diesel 4X4 version had the market to itself for some time, and while the rest of the industry plays leapfrog by introducing diesel model after model, you've got Hyundai playing the petrol card. Packaging and safety wise the range mirrors its diesel siblings.
