Overview
Jeep's Wrangler defines the American off-road brand more than any other model in the range with its WWII-inspired Jeep demeanour, soft-top roof and basic, workhorse 4WD mechanicals. Ladder-frame chassis and live axles front and rear clearly state the Wrangler's intentions. The two-door, four-seat Wrangler comes with a choice of two engines: a V6 petrol and a turbodiesel four-cylinder. The 2.8-litre turbodiesel engine produces 130kW/410Nm (460Nm in auto), driving through a six-speed manual or a five-speed auto. Standard Sport gear includes stability control, dual front airbags, 17-inch alloys, air-conditioning, locking differentials and six-speaker CD audio.
