834 Coupe Superveloce 2dr ISR 7sp AWD 6.5i Super-high technology and a rarefied presence are just two of the certainties that come with Lamborghini's Aventador. Made largely of carbon fibre and unbelievably strong in construction, the $900,000+ Lambo could quite justifiably be called the ultimate supercar. Able to accelerate from zero to 100km/h in an astonishing 2.8 seconds, the Aventador is powered by a mid-mounted 552kW/690Nm 48-valve normally aspirated 6.5-litre V12 engine driving all four wheels through a seven-speed Sports auto transmission. It rides as comfortably as many a sedan car, while handling and braking are commensurate with the performance.
